With a foundation and over 20 years of experience in sales, people management, and
facilities management, Omar Tejeda has utilized these many skills to help his
community and businesses to evolve.
A master of many trades, he currently works as a Director of Engineering, but also has
accomplished work in Real Estate, having successfully converted and restored
abandoned Harlem brownstones into 65 FHA homes, and proudly helped to establish
healthcare services (medical/dental) in 6 Harlem schools. With his passion for cannabis
infused, in 2017 he began teaching Massachusetts residents how to cultivate cannabis
at home, with over 100 successful and lush gardens as a result.
As a Project manager, Omar has also overseen $300 million in construction projects in the healthcare and residential sectors. He further boasts two decades of experience managing budgets, driving continued financial and bottom-line growth
