In New York, adults 21 years or older are allowed to purchase up to three ounces (85 grams) of cannabis flower and up to 24 grams of concentrated cannabis (oils, tinctures, edibles, vapes, etc.) across the board, whether you’re shopping in-store or opting for delivery. Please note: we may adjust the amount of cannabis products a consumer can purchase based on our current inventory to ensure equitable access to our products for all customers.
